No Peak Spinach Pesto Chicken

2 cups packed spinach leaves
1/3 cup olive oil
2 medium clove garlic
1/3 cup romano cheese (divide into 2 parts)
4 Chicken Breasts

Puree; Spinach, Olive oil, Garlic, ½ the cheese and a dash of salt and pepper
Place 4 chicken breasts in a casserole dish.
Pour Pest mix over chicken.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in oven at 320 degrees for 90 minutes.

Serve with Pasta
