Chick-fil-A Chicken nuggets

I Love! I really LOVE Chick-fil-A Chicken nuggets!!! Unfortunately, the closet one to me is 4 hours away (and yes, I have tried to talk my husband into taking the drive with me). So now, I am attempting to make Chick-fil-A Chicken nuggets. I have searched the web and found hundreds of recipes-ish (Eek!!)

I started the process last night by cubing boneless skinless chicken breast and marinating it in a milk and egg mix (3 cups milk and 3 eggs well blended) overnight (12 hours).

After 8 different attempts of different variations of breading I finally put one together that reminded me of the bliss you experience when you bite into a Chick-fil-A chicken nugget.

1 cup flour

1 cup bread crumbs

1 chicken bouillon cube crushed up

1 tablespoon sugar

Chick-fil-A uses a pressure fryer (this is not the same as a pressure cooker)

I don’t have a pressure fryer so we used our deep fryer. Set at 375° and fry for 4 minutes
